We’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, reliably, and with no surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Orders placed after 2 PM CST may begin processing the next business day.

• We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60

• Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships

🌍 International Shipping

• Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes

• We do not ship to countries with known delivery restrictions

🛠️ Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1lrmindsetgear@gmail.com

• Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

• We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund

• We do not offer direct exchanges—return the item and place a new order

• Currently, we do not offer local delivery or pickup
