🛍️ 1LR Return & Refund Policy

At 1LR Attire & Gear, we stand behind every product we create. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, custom designs, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• If you order the wrong size, we cannot accept a return.  Please read the product description and the size chart, and double check you've ordered the right size.

💸 Refunds

• Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

• Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• No refunds if the wrong size is ordered.  Please double check the product description and size chart before ordering.

🔄 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original and place a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@1lrgear.com with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.
